The programme aims to familiarise small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) with the concept of innovation and encourage their cooperation with Bodies of Knowledge, which will provide them with specific innovation services to address issues related to their products, services and their production methods.

The programme aims to the creation and initial development of innovative Start-ups which aim to develop innovative products and services with global market penetration prospects.

Aims to the support of the rapid development of dynamic and innovative start-ups that intend to develop internationally competitive products or services, as well as to mobilize private investment funds for this purpose.
